From Astral Projection to Podcasts to Total Fitness

How it all started….

One thing always leads to another but how do you find that one thing that acts as a catalyst for the rest?

It’s simpler than you may think, ask yourself a question, What makes me feel good? What uplifts me and gives me joy?

For me it was astral projection – a process that allows you to travel inwardly fully aware (while the physical body is asleep, in most cases). After my first experience I realised that I was on an incredible inner adventure, however astral projection is not everyone’s ‘cup of tea’, some consider it weird, some don’t believe it is real, it is something difficult to prove though experiments have been done.

So I asked myself the question, ‘Do I tell people?’ In life it’s never good to suppress who you truly are so I decided to ‘come out of the astral closet.’ I started a podcast called The Astral Projection Podcast, it can be found at:

Podcasting is a great way to get your message out to the world, you can literally go global practically overnight. I love podcasting and can still hardly believe how many people listen in from all over the world. So where did I go from here?

Well my spiritual journey has shown me just how important it is to live your life embracing the opportunities that come your way. It is essential to keep a healthy balance between the spiritual and the physical. Life, after all, is to be lived, the spiritual can help us live our lives with more serenity. Living life well has led me onto the concept of Total Fitness which involves approaching life from a mind, body and spirit perspective, a holistic approach where we nurture all three aspects of who we are.

The total fitness approach helps you to deal better with problems if and when they arise, it is also about having a down to earth attitude to life and it is certainly not about sacrifice. A sensible approach to food and exercise and other physical, spiritual and mental pursuits.

Most of us want to live long lives but we would also like our lives to be of good quality. More information about Total Fitness can be found at:

So my passion for the spiritual has brought me in a way back to the physical. I don’t want to die not having lived, not having lived well and to the best of my ability.
