How to meet your deadline gracefully

Posted by on May 18, 2016 | 0 comments

I was listening to my mentor talk about his latest publication for Hay House and how he’s never been late for a deadline but has been known to turn books in within 5 mins of the deadline. It gave me a sense of relief to know that someone of his reputation still experienced a similar stress to the rest of us. He explained to me how he now loves deadlines, how they help him focus his attention and help him know what to prioritise and what not, but in reality they’re 100% made up. This got me thinking about how often we make up deadlines for ourselves.   Like...

Posted by on May 13, 2016 | 0 comments

“Dive into your heart center. Sit in the silence. Desire self-realization with all your heart, with all your mind, and all your soul. Everything will take care of itself.” – Robert Adams Is there anything more beautiful than a dream, well expressed, and then becoming? Its a magical quest, with reality succumbing to an effortless molding and the present so perfectly unfolding?...

Soul Mates – your divine purpose

Posted by on May 9, 2016 | 1 comment

One of the most regular questions I am asked is “Will I meet my Soulmate?”I feel I need to clarify what having a soulmate in your life means. One things for sure, it ain’t the romantic Hollywood stereotype most people envisage! Firstly we have many soulmates! A soulmate does not have to be a romantic partner either, just someone who has massively influenced/ impacted your life. A soulmate comes into your life to help you fulfill your divine purpose. All our lessons are different. What comes easy to one person can be a struggle for another. Our lessons come in many guises, for example you can only learn the...

Routines are not boring

Posted by on May 6, 2016 | 0 comments

Routines are not boring they are divine Miracles Of true miracles we take little notice ignorant of the divine,        so fully entwined. Too busy, living in a petty-bogus and our part in the mime,  so fully inclined. In a blink, a breath, and all the doings in-between, where mystical forces can then be seen, in the ever present miracle of divine routine....

Walk in the ordinary

Posted by on Apr 29, 2016 | 0 comments

You walk in the ordinary, in the mundane and the everyday. In the routine, and the necessary, molding your potter’s clay. With not, a whimper or a bang, not a cheer or a boo, not a yin or a yang, it just happens to you. Something deep inside, awakens and knows, the secrets of creation, and how life really goes....

Purgatory

Posted by on Apr 27, 2016 | 0 comments

Purgatory Is a place Where hope & purpose Have been Erased. A barren desert Of despair Alone you breathe The stagnant air. The haunted building, This mausoleum Where shards of light Make cobwebs Gleam. With Each dead end You slowly die Until your soul Whispers “Try”. Open the windows Let in the light Don’t shut Out the world Don’t give up The fight. Purgatory is Alive & well Look to the mind where it does Dwell. ©Fiona...

Life continues! You just have to “Think outside the box”. Let your positive energy flow through and you will find whatever life throws at you – you can pick yourself up. I am amazed at my own transformation. Through training in holistic therapy I found my way, I found where I want to be, and what I want to do. This doesn’t mean this is what you should all do that are reading this, but I wanted to share with you how life can change so quickly. There I was married for 24 years, a mum with three children, same as many other people, when I lost my husband....

The Great Pretender

Posted by on Apr 22, 2016 | 0 comments

Silly me I thought I had to force my way in. That I had to break that door down, not knowing, that its always open, and its not a verb, but a noun. I remember seeing that door, in shadowy contour. Just slightly ajar, and many times before, I’d get close, but no cigar. Unaware, that; waiting in the dream, for the dreamer to accept, his role in this grand scheme, right there waiting so patiently, where certainty is kept. Traveling; from here to the other side, we can try to hide, but through love is surrender, and no matter how well alibied, it will unmask the great pretender....

We have tremendous amounts of unbridled love for you and so much support that it...

God’s Wife – Our Mother – The Divine Feminine

Posted by on Apr 18, 2016 | 1 comment

The Bible depicts God as a male Deity which often strikes a chord of unfairness with modern people. Some react by declaring God to be gender neutral. The problem is that faith in the Bible loses its integrity if you simply edit the parts you don’t like. Most of all, doing so hides the presence of the divine feminine that is actually found in the Bible. The sacred language of the Jews was, and still is, Hebrew. The scrolls Jesus read—his Bible so to speak—were written in Hebrew while his native tongue was the closely related Aramaic. These languages use gendered nouns and in both Hebrew and Aramaic the Holy...

A Greeting Machine

Posted by on Apr 15, 2016 | 0 comments

I was out for a walk with my dog, when I came upon a very big frog. He was the biggest frog I’d ever seen, and although only a little green, he treated me to the best greet that has ever been. And when we went on our way, from then on and everyday, I was the best greeting machine the world has ever seen....

A Guide To Finding Peace In New Situations

Posted by on Apr 11, 2016 | 0 comments

Some things you just notice when you’re growing up.  I happened to notice a lot of things when I was at mass. My mum would take me every Sunday and I really only went to please her and once I got interested in boys, well that made Mass way more interesting. What I really noticed at mass was how much more engaged and relaxed everyone became after they shook hands with each other. “Peace be with you” The priest would say. “And also with you Father” “You may now give each other the sign of peace” Once we did that it was like “phew”, like the whole room just...

Leaving an Abusive Relationship: My Independence Day

Posted by on Jul 17, 2014 | 0 comments

I can still hear those defiant words blaring from the radio in my mother’s Volkswagen sedan. She knew the lyrics well, as if she’d written them herself. Sitting alongside my mother as we scurried about the streets of our town, running our usual gauntlet of errands, I remember her singing along without missing a beat. She sang with the passion of someone who could relate to the woman described in the song…with the passion of someone with newfound freedom and independence. From the frequent fighting that had unfolded between my parents before my eyes, I knew “Independence Day” was more than a just a popular country song that summer...
